Aluminum Lock Down Ring for 5.0" Model 95 Inspection Ports

Where hot work is not allowed, you may use tin snips to cut the hole in the jacketing and install this optional aluminum lock down ring over the flange for a secure fit.  If needed, use caulk under the flange to seal any gaps between the flange and jacketing to ensure a watertight seal. Screw or rivet the ring to the insulation jacketing then install the cap.
