Founded in 1995 to manufacture and distribute its patented System II and System V inspection ports (renamed Model 95E and Model 95S in 2007), IPS has grown into a world leader in inspection port technology and manufacturing capabilities.

In 2006 we added our Model 206 inspection port with stainless spring steel tabs for use on hard insulations such as perlite, cal-sil, foamglass and urethane where the jacketing may not securely hold conventional ports in place. In 2010 we introduced our Model 210 to complement the trend to ultra- thin insulation systems such as Pyrogel Flexible Aerogel Blankets. Our Model 404 provides an inexpensive alternative for the cost conscious customer when frequent testing is not required. Our UTL1, UTL2, UTL3 and UTL4 inspection labels give you options for identifying inspection locatons. And, for your convenience we have laid in a large inventory of high quality hole saws and arbors.

Over the years we have added new high speed manufacturing equipment, improved the design of the original System II and V ports; negotiated bulk discounts for raw materials to keep your costs down; built large inventories so we can provide same day shipping; created new worldwide marketing alliances; and have developed the first new concepts in inspection ports in over a decade.

With four full -time inside sales staff to answer questions or process your orders; a shipping department headed by an inventory control specialist to ensure accurate and timely shipments; and over 100,000 inspection ports in stock; we are prepared to ship your project accurately and on time. Most orders are shipped same day if received by 2:30pm Central US time.
