Our inspection ports are made of high temperature elastomeric polymers, which are ozone resistant and UV stable, providing many years of trouble-free service. The patented flange of our inspection port is self-locking and self-sealing; eliminating the need for screws, lock down rings, silicone caulk, or swaging tools. Inspection Point Seals' unique inspection port design works equally well on smooth, embossed or corrugated jacketing without the need for a corrugated transition gasket; and contours to elbows without field cutting.
The cap of our inspection port is permanently attached to the flange with a stainless steel lanyard to prevent cap loss when removed for inspection; and we supply, free of charge with inspection port orders, our Thermodisc insulation to preserve the thermal integrity of the insulation system.
